[Solution] A stretchable composite fabric (4) in which a thermal adhesive film (3) has been laminated to one surface of a fiber base cloth (2) comprising a knit fabric or woven fabric is subjected to a thermal adhesion process at prescribed locations by a hot press while superimposing the thermal adhesive film side thereof, thereby producing a composite fabric, as well as forming a water-resistant fluid circuit (5) through which a fluid medium is circulated.

La solution selon la présente invention est un tissu composite étirable (4) dans lequel un film adhésif thermique (3) a été stratifié sur une surface d'un tissu à base de fibre (2) comprenant un tissu maillé ou un tissu tissé, est soumis à un traitement par adhésion thermique à des emplacements prescrits par une presse chaude tout en superposant son côté film adhésif thermique, produisant ainsi un tissu composite, et formant un circuit de fluide résistant à l'eau (5) par lequel un milieu fluide circule.
