وفي حالة الشركات التجارية المنشأة حديثا يُطلب إلى المؤسسات تقديم شهادة موثقة تفيد بأن إشهار إنشاء الشركة جاري تسجيله في السجل التجاري العام؛ ويطلب إلى العميل موافاة المؤسسة بنسخة من التسجيل في السجل بمجرد تلقي العميل الإشهار المتضمن لتواريخ التسجيل.

In the case of recently constituted commercial companies, institutions will request notarized certification that the attestation of incorporation is in the process of registration in the Public Commercial Register; the customer is required to submit to the institution a copy of the registration in the Register once the customer receives the attestation containing the registration dates.

Tratándose de sociedades mercantiles de reciente constitución, las instituciones solicitarán la certificación notarial de que el testimonio de la escritura constitutiva se encuentra en trámite de inscripción en el Registro Público de Comercio, quedando obligado el cliente a presentar a la institución una copia de la inscripción en el citado Registro una vez que cuente con el testimonio conteniendo los datos de inscripción.
