لذلك حان الوقت لكي يطلق المجتمع الدولي صرخة عالية لشجب هذه الأعمال في أرجاء المعمورة ويقول بلا خوف أو تأرجح: لا لرعب الإرهاب؛ لا لرعب الاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات؛ ولا لرعب الجوع.
