Am 28. Februar 2017 änderte SoundCloud den Namen von Go in SoundCloud Go+ und bot ein zusätzliches Modell SoundCloud Go für US$5 pro Monat an, das nicht die lizenzierte Musikbibliothek beinhaltet, aber immer noch werbefrei ist und den "Offline-Modus" beinhaltet.

On 28 February 2017, SoundCloud renamed its main Go plan SoundCloud Go+, and added a secondary tier titled SoundCloud Go at a US$5 price point, which does not include the licensed music library, but still offers ad-free and offline playback.
