Sunday is my lazing baking day, where I make so many goodies to eat during the week or to freeze for the nights that I come home too late from work to cook up a storm. After making this breakfast banana bread so many times, I decided to give another type of bread a go, and looking at a lonely apple sitting in my fruit basket I thought why not try baking an apple bread?

Dimanche est mon jour de repos où je ne fais strictement rien à part cuisiner, où je fais tant de bonnes choses à consommer pour le petit déjeuner ou pour congeler pour les nuits où je rentre trop tard du travail pour cuisiner un bon repas. Après avoir fait ce pain aux bananes tellement de fois, j’ai décidé de tester un autre type de pain. En regardant la dernière pomme dans mon panier de fruits, j’ai pensé pourquoi pas un pain à la pomme?
