Provided are a key setting method, a node, and a network system, wherein a new node (Ni-x) in any ad hoc network (Ai) among ad hoc networks intercepts an encrypted packet that has been encrypted using a gateway (Gi) specific encryption key (Ki), from an adjacent node (Ni-3) in the ad hoc network (Ai).
