The front retainer is disposed so as to pass through a through-hole of the vehicle-body panel such that the rubber sealing member on the rear end side is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the through-hole to achieve sealing and is fastened and fixed to the vehicle-body panel by means of bolts inserted through the bolt holes of the bracket, and the metal pipe is electrically grounded and fixed to the vehicle-body panel via the bracket.

L'élément de retenue avant est disposé de manière à traverser un trou débouchant du panneau de carrosserie de véhicule de sorte que l'élément d'étanchéité en caoutchouc sur le côté extrémité arrière soit pressé contre la surface circonférentielle intérieure du trou débouchant afin de réaliser une étanchéité et soit fixé au panneau de carrosserie de véhicule à l'aide de boulons introduits dans les trous pour boulon du support, et le tuyau métallique est électriquement mis à la terre et fixé au panneau de carrosserie de véhicule par l'intermédiaire du support.

金属パイプの前端部に樹脂製円筒体からなるフロントリテーナを嵌合固定し、フロントリテーナの前端開口から車室側に電線を引き出す一方、フロントリテーナの後端に連続して環状のゴムシール材を金属パイプに外嵌すると共に、該ゴムシール材の後端に連続して、金属パイプに加締め固定される円筒部と該円筒部の前端外周からボルト穴を穿設した固定部を外径方向に突設した金属製のブラケットを取り付け、車体パネルの貫通穴にフロントリテーナを貫通させて後端側のゴムシール材を貫通穴の内周面に押し当ててシールし、かつブラケットのボルト穴に通すボルトで車体パネルに締結固定し、金属パイプをブラケットを介して車体パネルにアース接続および固定している。
