For the development of this web system the PHP programming language (acronym for recursive PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) was used on Zend Framework, implementing the methodology UWE-UML Development (UML-Based Web Engineering) is a tool for modeling applications used in web engineering, with special attention on the systematization and personalization (adaptive systems) and as Manager PostgreSQL Database (relational DBMS and object-oriented free).

Para el desarrollo de este sistema web se utilizó el lenguaje de programación PHP (acrónimo de recursivo de PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) sobre Zend Framework, implementando la Metodología de Desarrollo UWE-UML (UML-Based Web Engineering) que es una herramienta para modelar aplicaciones utilizadas en la ingeniería web, prestando especial atención en la sistematización y personalización (sistemas adaptativos) y como Gestor de Base de Datos PostgreSQL (SGBD relacional orientado a objetos y libre).
