That application was rejected first by the Adjudication Officer and then, on appeal, by the Enniskillen Social Security Appeal Tribunal, on the ground that Mrs Hughes did not satisfy the residence condition provided for by Article 21(5) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1986, as defined in Regulation 3(1) of the Family Credit (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987.
