31(1) The treasurer shall, within 60 days from the day the notice of appeal is received, or within such further time as the court may either before or after the expiration of that time allow, serve on the appellant and file in the court a reply to the notice of appeal admitting or denying the facts alleged, and containing a statement of such further allegations of fact and of the statutory provisions and reasons upon which the treasurer intends to rely.

31(1) Le trésorier doit, dans les 60 jours suivant la réception de l'avis d'appel, ou dans tout autre délai supplémentaire que le tribunal ou un de ses juges peut accorder avant ou après l'expiration de cette période, signifier à l'appelant et déposer devant le tribunal une réponse à l'avis d'appel, admettant ou niant les faits allégués et renfermant un exposé des autres allégations de fait, des dispositions légales et des motifs sur lesquels il a l'intention de s'appuyer.
