To call upon the Secretariat-General of the League to coordinate with Arab civil society organizations recognized by Arab States and enjoying the right of participation, with observer status, in meetings of the Social and Economic Council of the League of Arab States, to play active and influential roles in the service of Arab issues and resolutions of the Council of the League of Arab States on the international stage, particularly at the level of the United Nations System, and that Secretariat-General consider the provision of material, technical, in-kind and moral support for such organizations;

Pedir a la Secretaría General de la Liga que se coordine con las organizaciones de la sociedad civil árabe reconocidas por los Estados árabes y que gozan del derecho de participar, en calidad de observadores, en las reuniones del Consejo Económico y Social de la Liga de los Estados Árabes, para desempeñar un papel activo e influyente al servicio de las cuestiones árabes y las resoluciones del Consejo de la Liga de los Estados Árabes en la escena internacional, en particular en el sistema de las Naciones Unidas, y que la Secretaría General preste apoyo material, técnico, en especie y moral a dichas organizaciones;

D’inviter le Secrétariat général de la Ligue à assurer la coordination de l’action menée avec les organisations de la société civile arabe reconnues par les États arabes et jouissant du droit de participation, avec statut d’observateur, aux réunions du Conseil économique et social de la Ligue arabe, afin que ces organisations puissent jouer un rôle actif et influent en faveur de la cause arabe et des résolutions adoptées par le Conseil de la Ligue sur la scène internationale, notamment au sein du système des Nations Unies; d’inviter le Secrétariat général à envisager la fourniture à ces organisations d’un soutien moral, matériel, technique et en nature;

Призвать Генеральный секретариат Лиги взаимодействовать с арабскими организациями гражданского общества, которые признаны арабскими государствами и обладают правом участвовать в заседаниях Экономического и Социального Совета Лиги арабских государств в качестве наблюдателей, играть активную и значимую роль в деле защиты арабских интересов и продвижения резолюции Совета Лиги арабских государств на международной арене, в частности на уровне системы Организации Объединенных Наций, и рассмотреть возможность предоставления таким организациям материальной, технической и натуральной помощи, а также моральной поддержки.
