As you can see in the pictures below, we made different attempts to discover the right balance between fruit and syrup: in the first aspic there is not enough syrup, the second one is better. Try and find your own recipe (it depends on the width of your cup as well).

Como se puede ver en la foto de abajo, hemos hecho dos intentos, uno poniendo más frutas en la copa, el otro poniendo menos fruta: en el segundo caso la gelatina ha tomado una textura más lìmpia, transparente, mientras que la primera fuè justo suficientemente para mantener todo junto.
