وفي حالة وفاة أحد أفراد أسر العمال (الأب أو الأم أو الزوجة/الزوج، الأطفال أو الأخوة أو الأخوات) تمنح المنشأة مساعدة مادية لمرة واحدة تصل قيمتها إلى 20 ضعفاً للحد الأدنى للأجر.
