The inward current and contraction were not sensitive to diltiazem (10–5 M), nitrendipine (3 × 10–7 M), niflumic acid (10–5 M), or N-phenylanthranilic acid (10–4 M), but were gradually inhibited after repetitive stimulations in Ca2+ free solution.
