We recognize that all forms of export subsidies and all export measures with equivalent effect are a highly trade distorting and protectionist form of support, and that, accordingly, export competition remains a key priority of the agriculture negotiations in the context of the continuation of the ongoing reform process set out in Article 20 of the Agreement on Agriculture, in accordance with the Doha work programme on agriculture and the 2005 Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration.

Reconocemos que todas las formas de subvenciones a la exportación y todas las medidas relativas a la exportación que tienen efecto equivalente son un tipo de ayuda sumamente proteccionista y que tiene importantes efectos de distorsión del comercio, y que, por consiguiente, la competencia de las exportaciones sigue siendo una prioridad fundamental de las negociaciones sobre la agricultura en el contexto de la continuación del proceso de reforma en curso que se prevé en el artículo 20 del Acuerdo sobre la Agricultura, de conformidad con el programa de trabajo de Doha sobre la agricultura y la Declaración Ministerial de Hong Kong de 2005.
