Provided is a plate-like crystal grain which includes lithium manganate having Li and Mn as constituent elements in a spinel structure, has an aspect ratio of 1.5 to 20 and a thickness of 1 to 20mm, and includes, as a glowing face, a crystal face (111) having an amount of preferred orientation of 20% or more when measured by the Lotgering method.

L’invention concerne un grain cristallin lamellaire qui renferme du manganate de lithium possédant Li et Mn en tant qu’éléments constitutifs dans une structure spinelle, qui présente un rapport longueur/diamètre de 1,5 à 20 et une épaisseur de 20 mm, et comportant, en tant que face phosphorescente, une face de cristal (111) présentant un degré d’orientation préféré de 20 % ou plus lorsque mesurée à l’aide de la méthode de Lotgering.
