وتشمل تدابير حماية الشهود أيضا مراقبة منزل الشاهد أو محل إقامته ، وتدبير محل إقامة مؤقت له يخضع للمراقبة، ومصاحبة الشاهد إلى مكتب المدعي العام/مقر المحكمة ثم مرافقته إلى منزله/محل إقامته، وتغيير محل إقامة الشاهد وهويته وهيئته، وإدماجه في بيئة اجتماعية أخرى وتغيير مهنته، والوظيفة التي يشغلها أو توفير عمل آخر له، وتزويده بدخل ريثما يتمكن من الحصول على وظيفة.
