وكما يُوضحه هذا التقرير، شملت أهم التطورات هذا العام زيادة في عدد الزيارات التي اضطلعت بها اللجنة الفرعية وبدء الزيارات الاستشارية للآليات الوقائية الوطنية وتقديم الصندوق الخاص لأول المِنَح واستعانة اللجنة الفرعية على نحو مكثف بأفرقة العمل وفرق العمل المعنية بالآليات الوقائية الوطنية الإقليمية في إدارة عملها.

As the present report highlights, key developments this year have included an increase in the number of visits undertaken, the inauguration of NPM advisory visits, the first grants being made from the Special Fund and the greater use of working groups and regional NPM task forces to drive the work of the Subcommittee.

Como se expone en el presente informe, entre las principales novedades del año destacan el incremento del número de visitas realizadas, la inauguración de las visitas consultivas sobre los mecanismos nacionales de prevención, las primeras subvenciones sufragadas con cargo al Fondo Especial y el uso más amplio de grupos de trabajo y equipos de tareas regionales sobre los mecanismos nacionales de prevención para encauzar la labor del Subcomité.

Comme il est souligné dans le présent rapport, les principaux faits nouveaux de l’année ont notamment été l’augmentation du nombre de visites effectuées, l’inauguration de visites de conseil aux mécanismes nationaux de prévention, le versement des premières subventions par le Fonds spécial et le recours accru aux groupes de travail et aux équipes spéciales régionales des mécanismes nationaux de prévention pour mener les travaux du Sous-Comité.

Как подчеркивается в настоящем докладе, к числу важнейших событий этого года относятся увеличение количества совершенных посещений, введение практики консультативных визитов в связи с НПМ, выплата первых субсидий из Специального фонда и более широкое использование рабочих групп и региональных специальных целевых групп НПМ для направления работы Подкомитета.
