يجوز للجهة المشترية أن تقوم بالاشتراء بطريقة طلب عروض الأسعار، وفقا للمادة 40، من أجل اشتراء سلع أو خدمات ميسورة المنال، لا تنتَج أو توفَّر خصيصا حسب الوصف الخاص المقدم من الجهة المشترية، ولها سوق راسخة، طالما كانت القيمة المقدرة لعقد الاشتراء تقل عن المبلغ الأدنى المحدد في لوائح الاشتراء؛

A procuring entity may engage in procurement by means of a request for quotations in accordance with article 40 for the procurement of readily available goods or services that are not specially produced or provided to the particular description of the procuring entity and for which there is an established market, so long as the estimated value of the procurement contract is less than the threshold amount set out in the procurement regulations.

La entidad adjudicadora podrá entablar un proceso de contratación por el método de la solicitud de cotizaciones, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 40 para la contratación de bienes y servicios que sean fáciles de obtener, es decir sin que hayan de ser producidos o suministrados conforme a alguna descripción particular dada por la entidad adjudicadora y respecto de los cuales exista una oferta establecida en el mercado, con tal de que el valor previsto del contrato adjudicable sea inferior al umbral que se haya enunciado al respecto en el reglamento de la contratación pública.

Закупающая организация может проводить в соответствии со статьей 40 закупки с помощью запроса котировок на закупки имеющихся в наличии товаров или услуг, которые производятся или предоставляются не по конкретному описанию закупающей организации и для которых сложился рынок, при условии, что сметная стоимость договора о закупках ниже предельной суммы, установленной в подзаконных актах о закупках.
