Oktober 2005 erscheint das neue Album „Calma apparente“, das zehnte Album unveröffentlichter Lieder welches mit Claudio Guidetti produziert ist und das zauberhafte Duett mit Anastacia „I Belong To You" enthält; das Album verkauft sich mit über 2 500 000 Kopien und der Erfolg von „Calma Apparente“ setzt sich 2006 mit der gleichnamigen europäischen Tour mit über 70 Konzerten fort. Auch 2006 schreibt Eros, nach Aufforderung der Sängerin Amaia welche ein großer Fan von ihm ist, die italienische Überarbeitung einiger Lieder der CD „Guapa“ von der Gruppe La Oreja De Van Gogh.
