At the previous session, the delegation of the Russian Federation informed GE.2 that the current proposal of mutual recognition of authentications performed at the country of departure would not be compatible with the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as provided information on work being carried-out in the Russian Federation towards the establishment of a trusted third party with the responsibility of verifying electronic signatures in electronic documents.

Lors de la précédente session, la délégation de la Fédération de Russie a informé le GE.2 que la proposition de reconnaissance mutuelle des authentifications effectuées dans le pays de départ, actuellement à l’examen, ne serait pas compatible avec la législation de son pays, et lui a annoncé que la Fédération s’employait à instituer une tierce partie de confiance dont le rôle serait de vérifier les signatures des documents électroniques.

На предыдущей сессии делегация Российской Федерации проинформировала GE.2 о том, что нынешнее предложение о взаимном признании аутентификации, проведенной в стране отправления, будет несовместимо с законодательством Российской Федерации, а также представила информацию об осуществляемой в Российской Федерации деятельности по учреждению доверенной третьей стороны, на которую будет возложена ответственность за проверку электронной подписи в электронных документах.
