ومن الواضح أيضا أن الحكومة الإسرائيلية لا تزال تترك العنان لمئات الآلاف من المستوطنين الذين نقلتهم بشكل غير مشروع إلى الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، في انتهاك خطير لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة، لإحداث الفوضى، وواضح أنها تشجع سوء سلوكهم ذاك من خلال تعنتها الصريح وإفلاتها من العقاب.

It is also clear that the Israeli Government continues to allow the lawlessness of the hundreds of thousands of settlers it has illegally transferred to the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, in grave breach of the Fourth Geneva Convention, obviously fostering their ill-behaviour with its vulgar intransigence and impunity.
