ومما يحفزني على مواصلة ما أقوم به تخيلي لما كان يمكن أن يحدث لروجون إذا لم يتم التدخل، وكيف كان من المستبعد أن تحقق إمكانياتها في أن تصبح الفنانة صانعة الطائرة، وتخيلي للعديد من أمثالها في الصين وفي العالم كله ممن يحتاجون إلى الرعاية الصبورة والى بيئة التعلم الحافزة في سنوات الحياة الأولى.

The thought of what might have happened to RuoJun without intervention, how unlikely it would have been that she could become the aeroplane-making artist she had the potential to be, and the thought of how many more RuoJuns there are in China and around the world who need patient nurturing and a stimulating learning environment in the earliest years of life motivates me to continue our work.

La idea de lo que podría haberle sucedido a RuoJun sin ninguna intervención, la escasa probabilidad de que se convirtiese en la artista diseñadora de aeroplanos que puede llegar a ser, y la idea de cuántas RuoJun más hay en China y en todo el mundo que necesitan un entorno de educación y aprendizaje paciente y estimulante en los primeros años de vida, nos motiva para proseguir nuestra labor.

Lorsque je pense à ce qui aurait pu arriver à RuoJun si nous n’étions pas intervenus, au fait qu’elle n’aurait certainement pas exploité ses talents d’artiste pour fabriquer des avions, et lorsque je pense à toutes les RuoJun de Chine et du monde entier qui ont besoin d’affection et d’un environnement éducatif stimulant pendant les premières années de leur vie, cela me pousse à poursuivre notre travail.
