(১) এই আইনের অধীন কোনো অপরাধ সংঘটিত হলে, যে কম্পিউটার, কম্পিউটার সিস্টেম, ফ্লপি ডিস্ক, কমপ্যাক্ট ডিস্ক, টেপ-ড্রাইভ বা অন্য কোনো আনুষঙ্গিক কম্পিউটার উপকরণ বা বস্তু সম্পর্কে বা সহযোগে উক্ত অপরাধ সংঘটিত হয়েছে সেইগুলি ট্রাইব্যুনালের আদেশানুসারে বাজেয়াপ্তযোগ্য হবে।

If an offence is committed under this Act, the computer, computer system, floppy disk, compact disk, tape drive or any other related computer materials or instrument by means of which the offence has been committed shall be liable to forfeiture according to the order passed by the Tribunal.
