وهكذا فإنّ المادّة 58(2) لا تخوّل البائع أن يقف تسليم البضائع إلى الشاحن على قيام المشتري بالدفع المسبق للثمن، بغياب حكم تعاقديّ محدّد بهذا الأثر.
