وفي تمام الساعة 17:46 يوم 28 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2015، وعملا باتفاقية الطيران المدني الدولي (المشار إليها فيما يلي باسم الاتفاقية) ومرفقاتها وبالشروط ذات الصلة من منشورات فييت نام وسنغافورة المتعلقة بمعلومات الملاحة الجوية، عرض مركز مراقبة الرحلات الجوية التابع لإدارة الطيران المدني الصينية خطط الرحلات التي يعتزم القيام بها على كل من ’’هو شي مين‘‘ وسلطات سنغافورة المسؤولة عن إدارة منطقة معلومات الطيران بواسطة نظام شبكة الاتصالات الثابتة للملاحة الجوية (AFTN)، وقد تضمنت هذه الخطط معلومات عن نوع الطائرات، وتسجيلها، ورقم الرحلة، ومسار الرحلة، ومستوى الطيران.

At 17:46 on 28 December 2015, in line with the Convention on International Civil Aviation (hereinafter referred to as the Convention), its Annexes and the relevant requirements of Vietnamese and Singaporean aeronautical information publications (AIPs), the Flight Inspection Center of the Civil Aviation Administration of China submitted the flight plans to the Ho Chi Minh and Singapore Flight Information Region administering authorities respectively through the AFTN system, including aircraft type, registry, flight number, flight route and flight level.

A las 17.46 horas del 28 de diciembre de 2015, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Convenio sobre Aviación Civil Internacional (en lo sucesivo, el Convenio) y sus anexos, y a los requisitos pertinentes de las Publicaciones de Información Aeronáutica de Viet Nam y Singapur, el Centro de Inspección de Vuelos de la Administración de Aviación Civil de China transmitió los planes de vuelo, incluidos el tipo de aeronave, la matrícula y el número, la ruta y el nivel de vuelo, a las autoridades administrativas de las regiones de información de vuelo de Ho Chi Minh y Singapur, mediante el sistema de la red de telecomunicaciones fijas aeronáuticas.

Le 28 décembre 2015 à 17 h 46, conformément aux dispositions de la Convention relative à l’aviation civile internationale (la « Convention »), à ses annexes et aux prescriptions pertinentes des publications d’information aéronautique (AIP) singapouriennes et vietnamiennes, le Centre d’inspection des vols de l’Administration chinoise de l’aviation civile a présenté aux autorités administrantes des régions d’information de vol d’Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville et de Singapour, respectivement, par l’intermédiaire du réseau du service fixe des télécommunications aéronautiques (RSFTA), les plans de vol comprenant le type d’aéronef, l’immatriculation, le numéro de vol, l’itinéraire aérien et le niveau de vol.

Согласно Конвенции о международной гражданской авиации (далее по тексту «Конвенция»), приложениям к ней и соответствующим требованиям вьетнамских и сингапурских сборников аэронавигационной информации, Летно-инспекционный центр Управления гражданской авиации Китая представил в 17 ч. 46 м. 28 декабря 2015 года планы полетов в органы управления соответственно хошиминского и сингапурского районов полетной информации по каналам связи АФТН, включая сведения о типах воздушных судов, их регистрации, номере рейса, маршруте и эшелоне полета.
