Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in Section 2.1.1, No License Granted/Unauthorized Activities if: (i) the Redistributable Component (defined below) operates with the Software and with Licensee Application; and (ii) the Redistributable Component is linked to Licensee Application; then Licensee may reproduce and distribute the Redistributable Component and Licensee Application together, subject to Licensee's strict adherence to all of the following terms and conditions:
