Moreover, Religious are also bound by the laws and decrees issued by the local Ordinary according to the norm of the law regarding the public exercise of worship in their own churches and in public and semi-public oratories if the faithful ordinarily attend them. The proper right of the Religious remains intact which they lawfully use for their own community alone, taking into consideration the order of the Divine Office in choir and the sacred functions which pertain to the special purpose of the institute.

Gli stessi Religiosi sono tenuti, inoltre, alle leggi e decreti emanati dal Vescovo del luogo a norma del diritto, concernenti l'esercizio pubblico del culto nelle proprie chiese e oratori pubblici e semipubblici, se i fedeli vi hanno generalmente accesso, restando salvo il loro proprio rito, che essi utilizzano legittimamente solo per la loro comunità, e il loro modo di recitare in coro t'Ufficio Divino e di praticare gli esercizi religiosi che mirano al fine speciale del loro Istituto.
