(ছ) পরিবেশ বিপর্যয় ব্যতীত অন্য কোনভাবে সৃষ্ট আর্থিক ক্ষতি, যদি উক্ত ক্ষতি উপযুক্ত আদালতের দেওয়ানী দায় সম্পর্কিত সাধারণ আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত হয়. উপরি-উক্ত উপ-দফা (ক), (খ), (গ), (ঘ), (ঙ) এবং (ছ) এর ক্ষেত্রে, উক্ত ক্ষয়-ক্ষতি নিউক্লীয় ক্ষতির আওতায় পড়বে যদি তা কোন নিউক্লীয় স্থাপনার অভ্যন্তরের কোন বিকিরণ উৎস হতে বা কোন নিউক্লীয় স্থাপনাস্থ নিউক্লীয় জ্বালানী বা তেজস্ক্রিয় উৎপাদ বা বর্জ্য হতে বা নিউক্লীয় স্থাপনা হতে আগত, উদ্ভূত বা প্রেরিত নিউক্লীয় পদার্থ হতে নির্গত আয়নায়নকারী বিকিরণ হতে উদ্ভূত বা সৃষ্ট হয়, তা এইরূপ পদার্থের তেজস্ক্রিয় ধর্ম হতেই উদ্ভূত হোক অথবা উক্ত পদার্থের বিষাক্ত, বিস্ফোরক বা অন্যান্য ক্ষতিকর ধর্মের সাথে তেজস্ক্রিয় ধর্মের সম্মিলনেই উদ্ভূত হোক.ব্যাখ্যা।-
