الإسقاط المؤقت من السجل المشار إليه في المادة 42 من هذا القانون في حالة كشف حالات غير منتظمة قد تكون لها صلة بإحدى الجرائم المشار إليها فيه أو ذات صلة بتمويل الإرهاب وتستدعي تسليم التحقيق إلى الشرطة المسؤولة عن رقابة المخدرات غير المأذون بها والأنشطة ذات الصلة؛

Temporary removal from the register referred to in Article 42 of this Law in the event of the discovery of irregular situations that may be connected with one of the offences established under it or related to the financing of terrorism and that warrant the handing over of the investigation to the police responsible for the control of unauthorized drugs and related activities;

Suspensión temporal del registro referido en el artículo 42 de la presente Ley, cuando se descubran situaciones irregulares que puedan vincularse con alguno de los delitos tipificados en ella o relaciona dos con el financiamiento al terrorismo, que ameriten el traslado de la investigación a la policía encargada del control de droga no autorizadas y actividades conexas.

временная отмена регистрации, указанной в статье 42 настоящего Закона, если обнаруживаются нарушения, которые могут быть связаны с каким‐либо из преступлений, определенных в настоящем Законе или связанных с финансированием терроризма, которые требуют передачи расследования органам полиции, занимающимся борьбой с запрещенными наркотиками и связанной с ними деятельностью;
