Under the auspices of the Council of Arab Ministers for Youth and Sports, both the Department of Youth and Sport, as an official body, and the Arab Federation of Youth Organizations, as an Arab civil society body, are working to implement the substance of the Arab Contract for Youth by coordinating between the various relevant Arab parties
