إدانة إسرائيل لممارساتها في الجولان العربي السوري المحتل المتمثلة في الاستيلاء على الأراضي والموارد المائية، وإقامة سد ركامي قرب مدينة القنيطرة لسرقة المياه وحرمان المزارعين السوريين من أهم مصادر المياه لري مزروعاتهم وسقاية مواشيهم، وبناء المستوطنات وتوسيعها ونقل المستوطنين إليها واستغلال مواردها الطبيعية وبناء المشاريع عليها، وآخرها الإعلان عن مناقصة لعرض وبيع عشرة مناطق في الجولان العربي السوري المحتل لإنشاء مزارع للكرمة، وإقامة مصانع للخمور عليها، وفرض المقاطعة الاقتصادية على المنتجات الزراعية للسكان العرب ومنع تصديرها.

To condemn Israel for its practices in the occupied Syrian Arab Golan in respect of the seizure of land and water resources, the building of a rock-fill dam near the town of Quneitra to steal water and deprive Syrian farmers of the most important source of water for the irrigation of their farms and watering of their livestock, the construction and expansion of settlements and transporting of settlers thereto, the exploitation of natural resources, construction projects, the latest of which was the announcement of a tender for the sale of 10 zones in the occupied Syrian Arab Golan to establish vineyards and wineries, and the imposition of an economic boycott and export ban on the agricultural produce of the Arab population;

Condenar las prácticas israelíes en el Golán árabe sirio ocupado en materia de incautación de tierras y recursos de agua, la construcción de una presa de escollera cerca de la localidad de Quneitra para robar agua y privar a los agricultores sirios de la fuente de agua más importante para la irrigación de sus explotaciones y abrevar a su ganado, la construcción y expansión de asentamientos y el transporte de colonos a éstos, la explotación de recursos nacionales, los proyectos de construcción, el más reciente de los cuales fue el anuncio de una licitación para la venta de 10 zonas en el Golán árabe sirio ocupado para establecer viñedos y bodegas vinícolas, y la imposición de un boicot económico y la prohibición de la exportación de los productos agrícolas de la población árabe;

De condamner Israël pour ses pratiques dans le Golan arabe syrien occupé, en particulier la saisie de terres et de ressources en eau, la construction d’un barrage près de la ville de Quneitra afin de subtiliser l’eau et de priver les agriculteurs syriens de la ressource la plus importante pour irriguer leurs terres et abreuver leur bétail, la construction et l’agrandissement de colonies de peuplement pour y transférer des colons, l’exploitation des ressources naturelles de la région et la mise en place de projets de construction dont le dernier en date est un appel d’offres pour la vente de dix lots de terre dans le Golan syrien occupé à des fins de viticulture, l’instauration d’un embargo économique et l’interdiction d’exporter les produits agricoles des habitants arabes du Golan;

Осудить действия Израиля на оккупированных сирийских арабских Голанах, касающиеся захвата земель и водных ресурсов и строительства дамбы возле города Эль-Кунейтра в целях незаконного отвода воды и лишения сирийских фермеров наиболее важного источника воды, используемой ими для орошения сельскохозяйственных угодий и поения скота, действия по строительству и расширению поселений и перемещению туда поселенцев, эксплуатации природных ресурсов и подготовке строительных проектов, последним из которых стало объявление тендера на продажу 10 участков на оккупированных сирийских арабских Голанах, предназначенных для закладки виноградников и создания виноделен, а также введение экономического бойкота и запрета на экспорт сельскохозяйственной продукции арабского населения.
