في هذه السنة التي تشهد كأس أفريقيا ويورو # ، يمكن أن يقول الناس ما يشاؤون ونحن لا نعرف المعنى الخفي وراء إهاناتهم؛ فالزمن هذا زمن استعراض عضلاتهم الأمر الذي يلحق الضرر بالبنية الأساسية وبالناس وبالسلامة الإقليمية والسيادة الوطنية للشعب الكونغولي، ويقال إن هذا كله يتم وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة, وما دام هؤلاء الأشقاء يتحاربون في بلدنا، فلا يمكن ضمان أي شيء لأنهم بلغوا الجولة الثالثة من بطولتهم
