Los peticionarios alegan que efectivos militares se hicieron presentes en Blanquicet y persiguieron a las presuntas víctimas por el campo y una vez que éstas se entregaron con las manos en alto, y encontrándose el señor Prada González flameando su camisa blanca en señal de tregua e intentando explicar su presencia en la localidad, el señor Bolaño Castro fue ejecutado de un tiro a la cabeza y su compañero obligado a cargar el cuerpo sin vida hasta el costado de la carretera, donde fue también ejecutado.
