The production method for a stick-shaped teabag which is provided comprises: (a) a step of removing a portion of some cardboard so as to form a pair of holes that are symmetrical around a hypothetical centre line formed in the cardboard; (b) a step of disposing, underneath the cardboard, a jig having recesses respectively formed in positions corresponding to the pair of holes; (c) a step of disposing, on top of the pair of holes, a net-like member so as to respectively cover the pair of holes; (d) a step of pressing the top of the net-like member by using pressing rods, and, with the pressing rods entered into the recesses, attaching the edges of the net-like member to portions of the cardboard adjacent to the holes; and (e) a step of folding the cardboard around the centre line, with tea in between, and adhering the inside of the cardboard, with the tea enclosed within a storage pouch.

스틱형 티백 제조방법이 개시된다. (a) 판지에 형성된 가상의 중심선을 기준으로 대칭적으로 한 쌍의 홀이 형성되도록 상기 판지의 일부를 제거하는 단계;(b) 상기 한 쌍의 홀에 대응하는 위치에 각각 홈이 형성된 지그를 상기 판지의 하부에 배치하는 단계;(c) 상기 한 쌍의 홀을 각각 커버하도록 망사부재를 상기 한 쌍의 홀의 상부에 배치하는 단계;(d) 누름봉을 이용하여, 상기 망사부재의 상부를 눌러, 상기 누름봉이 상기 홈의 내부로 들어가도록 한 상태에서, 상기 망사부재의 가장자리와 상기 홀과 인접한 상기 판지의 일부를 부착하는 단계; (e) 차를 개재한 상태로, 상기 중심선을 기준으로 상기 판지를 접어서 상기 차가 저장낭에 갇혀지도록 한 상태에서, 상기 판지의 내부를 접착하는 단계를 포함하는 스틱형 티백의 제조방법이 제공된다.
