To underscore their objectives, right in the middle of this recent crisis the U.S. State Department decided that the UCPN(M) would remain on its official list of terrorist organizations (the Terrorist Exclusion List). This is clearly intended to give backing to those forces who are working to smash the PLA and the revolution, and to justify any actions that might be taken by the NA against the forces of the revolution.

Para recalcar sus objetivos, exactamente en medio de esta reciente crisis el Departamento de Estado de Estados Unidos decidió que el PCNU (M) permanecerá en la lista oficial de organizaciones terroristas (la Lista de Exclusión de Terroristas), una acción con la clara intención de respaldar a aquellas fuerzas que están trabajando para aplastar al EPL y la revolución, y justificar cualquiera de las acciones que el EN pudiera tomar contra las fuerzas de la revolución.
