مطالبة السلطة الديكتاتورية الطائفية ذات الإثنية الواحدة للرئيس كاغامي وتابعه أكازو، بالاحترام الكامل لسلامة إقليم جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية واستقلالها السياسي وسيادتها الوطنية، وبالتخلي عن محاولة تحقيق ضم (“الأنشلوس”) المقاطعات الشرقية من جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية؛
