Salgsobjektet er et selskab, som forinden får overdraget SKW Trostbergs anlæg til produktion af cyanbrinte og anlæg til produktion af cyanurchlorid samt det dertil fornødne personale og hele den tekniske knowhow i forbindelse med fremstilling af cyanbrinte og hele den kommercielle og tekniske knowhow i forbindelse med fremstilling og salg af cyanurchlorid.

The subject of divestment is a company to which will first have been transferred the hydrocyanic acid production plants and the cyanuric chloride production plants of SKW Trostberg, together with the necessary staff and all the technical know-how needed for the manufacture of hydrocyanic acid as well as all the commercial and technical know-how needed for the manufacture and sale of cyanuric chloride.
