In particular, a ship maintenance and management apparatus for estimating optimum conditions for making a repair request of the ship comprises: an interface module (101) for communicating with a user; an optimum condition estimation module (110) for estimating optimum conditions for a repair part, time and location in response to the repair request of the ship from the user; a ship information DB (120) containing at least one of a ship model plan and information on the shipping company, ship class, part and repair history; and a part information DB containing at least one of the serial number, 2D or 3D drawing, size, dimension, life and price of each part used in the ship; and a repair company information DB (130) containing at least one of the name, location, repairable part, available parts inventory and possible repair time of respective repair companies.
