Das dreistöckige, 11-achsiale Gebäude liegt auf dem Plan eines quasi Viereckes, es bereichern es zwei seitliche bekrönten Risaliten und der in der Simetrieachse liegende bekrönte Turm mit Galerien und einer Uhr.
