放射線検出器と放射線照射部との間の被写体を、放射線照射部を移動させながら放射線照射部から照射される放射線の被写体に対する入射角度を異ならせて、異なる入射角度毎に撮影した複数の投影画像を取得し、入射角度が第1閾値以上の投影画像の低周波成分を高周波成分に対して相対的に減弱させる周波数処理を行ない、入射角度が第1閾値未満の投影画像及び周波数処理された投影画像から再構成して被写体の断層画像を生成する。
