In the present work, a variety of marine by-products from Baja California Sur, such as squid viscera (Dosidicus gigas), scallop viscera (Pinna rugosa), shrimp heads (Farfantepenaeus californiensis) and whole mackerel (Scomber japonicus) were colected, and were used to produce meals by two processes: cooking-drying and grinding-drying.

En el presente trabajo, se colectaron una variedad de subproductos marinos de Baja California Sur, tales como vísceras de calamar (californiensis) y macarela entera (Scomber japonicus), mismos que fueron usados para la elaboración de harinas mediante dos procesos: cocción-secado y molienda-secado.
