Um die Vorrichtung derart zu ertüchtigen, dass dicke Mehrschichtstrukturen in unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgenden Prozessschritten reproduzieren abgeschieden werden können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass für die zur Prozesskammer weisenden Oberfläche zumindest der dem Suszeptor gegenüberliegenden Wandung der Prozesskammer ein Werkstoff gewählt wird, dessen optischer Reflektionsgrad, optischer Absorptionsgrad und optischer Transmissionsgrad jeweils dem der sich beim Schichtwachstum abscheidenden Beschichtung entspricht.

In order to boost the efficiency of the device in such a way that thick multilayer structures can be deposited so as to be replicated in directly consecutive process steps, it is proposed that a material, the optical reflectivity, optical absorptance, and optical transmittance of which each correspond to that of the coating deposited during the layer growth, be selected for the surface facing the process chamber at least of the wall of the process chamber opposite the susceptor.

Dans le but de rendre le dispositif opérationnel de façon que des structures multicouches épaisses puissent être séparées de manière reproductible en des étapes successives de procédé, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que, pour la surface dirigée vers la chambre de traitement, on sélectionne, au moins pour la paroi de la chambre de traitement opposée au suscepteur, un matériau dont le coefficient de réflexion optique, le coefficient d'absorption optique et le coefficient de transmission optique correspondent, respectivement, au revêtement déposé lors de la croissance de la couche.
