Das Apartement ist (zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt) sehr ruhig gelegen und vor allem das kleine Gärtchen macht das ganze Ambiente etwas "kuschelig"; da die wichtigen kleinen Kneipen sowie das Cafe für einen guten Cappu + Brioche gleich um die Ecke sind, waren wir auch diesbezüglich sehr angetan von der Lage - ach ja, nicht zu vergessen: die Bushaltestelle für die Busse von und aus Venedig befinden sich ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe!

The apartment is (at least during our stay), very quiet and especially the small garden makes the whole ambience a little "cuddly", because the important small bars and the cafe for a good cappuccino + brioche are just around the corner, we were also in this respect very pleased with the location - oh yes, do not forget the bus stop for buses to and from Venice are also situated in the vicinity!
