A method for manufacturing a quantum dot solar cell according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a substrate; (b) forming a first silicon film in which amorphous silicon and nanocrystal are mixed together on the upper part of the substrate; (c) controlling the size of the nanocrystal formed on the first silicon film; (d) etching the amorphous silicon on the first silicon film; and (e) coating an insulating film on the surface of the nanocrystal remaining on the substrate on which the amorphous silicon is etched.

La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour fabriquer une cellule solaire à points quantiques, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : (a) préparer un substrat; (b) former un premier film de silicium, dans lequel du silicium amorphe et un nanocristal sont mélangés l'un à l'autre sur la partie supérieure du substrat; (c) réguler la taille du nanocristal formé sur le premier film de silicium; (d) graver le silicium amorphe sur le premier film de silicium; et (e) revêtir d'un film isolant la surface du nanocristal restant sur le substrat sur lequel est gravé le silicium amorphe.
