وبينما يؤيد أعضاء الفريق الدولي لرابطات الحماية والتعويض أهداف بوليرو، فإنهم أدخلوا في قواعدهم تظهيراً تجارياً غير ورقي يستبعد من التغطية العادية للحمايـة والتعويض (بحسب (P & 1 Cover، المسؤوليات الناجمـة عن التجارة الإلكترونية ما لم ويقدر ما يمكن إثبات أن هذه المسؤولية كان سيجري تكبدها في جميع الأحوال إذا استخدمت مستندات ورقية.

The members of the International Group of Protection and Indemnity (P&I) Clubs, while supportive of the aims of Bolero, have introduced into their Rules a Paperless Trading Endorsement which excludes from the normal P&I Cover liabilities arising as a result of electronic trading unless and to the extent that it can be shown that liability would have been incurred in any event had a paper document been used.

Los miembros del Grupo Internacional de Asociaciones de Protección e Indemnización, si bien se muestran favorables a los objetivos de Bolero, han introducido en sus Reglas un Endoso Comercial sin Papel que excluye de la cobertura habitual de protección e indemnización las responsabilidades resultantes del comercio electrónico salvo en la medida en que pueda demostrarse que esas responsabilidades se habrían asumido en cualquier caso de haberse utilizado un documento de papel.
