وبمبادرة من الجمعية البرلمانية للبوسنة والهرسك، واستناداً إلى توصيات لجنة الأمم المتحدة لمناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، جرى عقد اجتماعات عمل مع ممثلي جمعيات أسر ضحايا الحرب واللجنة الدولية للمفقودين لغرض إجراء تحليل واف وإعداد مشروع قانون عن حقوق ضحايا التعذيب وضحايا الحرب الأهلية في البوسنة والهرسك.

At the initiative of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, and based on the recommendations of the UN Committee against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, working meetings were held with representatives of associations of families of war victims and the International Committee for Missing Persons for the purpose of making a complete analysis and preparation of concepts of law on the rights of victims of torture and civil war victims in BiH.

Por iniciativa de la Asamblea Legislativa de Bosnia y Herzegovina, y siguiendo las recomendaciones del Comité contra la Tortura y Otros Tratos o Penas Crueles, Inhumanos o Degradantes, se celebraron reuniones de trabajo con los representantes de asociaciones de familiares de víctimas de la guerra y con el Comité Internacional para las Personas Desaparecidas a fin de hacer un análisis completo y preparar los conceptos jurídicos sobre los derechos de las víctimas de la tortura y de la guerra civil en Bosnia y Herzegovina.

À l’initiative de l’Assemblée parlementaire de la Bosnie-Herzégovine, et sur la base des recommandations du Comité des Nations Unies contre la torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants, des réunions de travail ont eu lieu avec des représentants des associations de familles de victimes de guerre et de la Commission internationale des personnes disparues aux fins de procéder à une analyse complète et d’élaborer les concepts du droit régissant les droits des victimes de la torture et de la guerre en Bosnie-Herzégovine.

По инициативе Парламентской ассамблеи БиГ и на основе рекомендаций Комитета ООН против пыток и других жестоких, бесчеловечных или унижающих достоинство видов обращения и наказания были проведены рабочие встречи с представителями ассоциаций семей жертв войны и Международного комитета по делам пропавших без вести в целях проведения полного анализа и разработки принципов законодательства о правах жертв пыток и жертв гражданской войны в БиГ.
