The moulding method comprises: an insert cavity block disposing step in which an insert cavity block comprising a resin inflow port and moulding cavity is disposed on a substrate; a resin loading space forming step in which a resin loading space covered by a film is formed on the side facing the insert cavity block; an encapsulating material moulding step in which the floor of the resin loading space is brought into proximity with the insert cavity block, and resin in the resin loading space passes via the resin inflow port and fills the moulding cavity; and a film detaching step in which, after the resin has cured, the surplus solid resin remaining on the surface of the insert cavity block is detached while adhering to the film and is thereby eliminated.

이 성형 방법은 수지 유입구와 성형 캐비티를 포함하는 인서트 캐비티 블록을 기판 상에 배치하는 인서트 캐비티 블록 배치 단계와; 상기 인서트 캐비티 블록과 마주하는 측에 필름에 싸인 수지 적재 공간을 형성하는 수지 적재 공간 형성 단계와; 상기 수지 적재 공간의 바닥을 상기 인서트 캐비티 블록에 근접시켜, 상기 수지 적재 공간 내 수지를 상기 수지 유입구를 통해 상기 성형 캐비티에 채우는 봉지재 성형 단계와; 상기 수지의 경화 후, 상기 인서트 캐비티 블록의 표면에 남은 잉여 고형 수지를 상기 필름에 접착된 상태로 분리, 제거하는 필름 분리 단계를 포함한다.
