تعفى المحكمة من جميع الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب على إجمالي الواردات وأشكال الحظر والقيود التي تفرض على الواردات والصادرات فيما يتعلق بالمواد التي تستوردها المحكمة أو تصدرها لاستعمالها الرسمي وفيما يتعلق بمنشوراتها.

The Court shall be exempt from all customs duties, import turnover taxes and prohibitions and restrictions on imports and exports in respect of articles imported or exported by the Court for its official use and in respect of its publications.

La Corte estará exenta de derechos de aduana, impuestos sobre la cifra de negocios y prohibiciones o restricciones respecto de los artículos que importe o exporte para su uso oficial y respecto de sus publicaciones.

La Cour est exonérée de tous droits de douane et impôts sur le chiffre d’affaires à l’importation et exemptée de toutes prohibitions et restrictions d’importation ou d’exportation à l’égard d’articles importés ou exportés par elle pour son usage officiel, ainsi que de ses publications.
