وتلاحظ اللجنة الاستشارية كذلك أن من المقترح توحيد هيكل المكاتب الإقليمية والمكاتب دون الإقليمية بناء على التجربة الميدانية المكتسبة والاستغلال الأمثل للموارد، بالتركيز على بناء قدرات الموظفين الوطنيين وتدريبهم وفقا لاستراتيجية ”الأفغنة“ ونهج ”التدخل الخفيف“ الذين تتبعهما البعثة.

The Advisory Committee also notes that the structure of regional and subregional offices is proposed to be standardized on the basis of experience in the field and optimization of resources, placing emphasis on capacity-building and training of national staff in line with the Mission “Afghanization” strategy and “light footprint” approach.
